About Redgum Lab
Redgum Lab is an Australian service operated from Victoria, Australia. We design and build lead follow-up systems for businesses, including process reviews, automation setup, implementation and related advisory work.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful business and information purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or use its content to mislead others.
Website content is general information, not legal, financial or professional advice. We may update, suspend or remove content or parts of the website without notice.
Audits, proposals and services
- A free follow-up audit is an initial discussion and assessment, not a guarantee that a particular result will be achieved.
- Any paid work, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities and acceptance criteria will be set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, it prevails for that work.
- You are responsible for giving us accurate information, providing timely access and approvals, and ensuring that you have the right to provide any data, systems or materials you ask us to use.
- We may use trusted service providers to host, process or support work, while handling information as described in our Privacy policy.
Google and other connected services
Some internal Redgum Lab operations may connect to services such as Google Workspace when an authorised user signs in and grants access. We use connected-service data only to carry out tasks the authorised user requests. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Further details, including scopes, processing, retention and revocation, are in our Privacy policy.
You must only connect accounts and systems that you are authorised to use. You can revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account security settings.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Redgum Lab owns the website, its design, copy, trademarks, templates and other materials we create before or independently of a project. You retain ownership of materials and data you provide. Rights in project deliverables will be set out in the applicable written agreement.
Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the relevant business purpose. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, private keys or other secrets by email or through this website.
Fees, cancellations and refunds
Fees, payment timing, cancellation rights and any refund terms for paid services are those in the applicable written agreement or invoice. If no specific term is stated, a cancellation must be made in writing and we may charge for work completed and committed costs up to the cancellation date.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to the website is limited to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied. For paid services, any additional liability limits will be set out in the applicable written agreement.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to the website or stop providing services if you breach these terms, fail to pay an amount due, create a security risk, or if continuing would be unlawful. Ending access does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
